How long do lash extensions last?
Lash extensions typically last through your natural lash cycle. Most clients return every 2–4 weeks for fills to maintain fullness and shape.
Are lash extensions safe?
Yes—when applied correctly by trained professionals. Our artists follow strict hygiene standards and use high-quality products designed for safety, comfort, and retention.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments changed within 48 hours are subject to a $55 cancellation fee.
What is a Lash Lift?
We offer the YUMI Lash Lift, a premium treatment that enhances your natural lashes by lifting and curling them from the root. It’s a low-maintenance option that lasts 8-12 weeks (depending on aftercare and natural lash strength) and pairs perfectly with a tint for added definition—one of our most popular natural lash services in NYC.
What's the difference between Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Partial lash sets?
Classic lashes apply one extension to one natural lash for a clean, natural look. Hybrid sets mix classic lashes with volume fans for added fullness and texture. Volume lashes use lightweight fans for a bold, fluffy, more dramatic finish. Partial sets involve applying lashes to about 60–70% of the natural lash line for a softer, lighter look than a full set.
Do you offer brow services, and are there any restrictions before waxing?
Yes, we offer brow tinting and waxing services. If you are using retinol, acne treatments, or exfoliating products, please discontinue use at least 5–7 days before your appointment, as these products can make the skin more sensitive and prone to irritation during waxing. Always inform your artist of any skincare products or treatments you’re using prior to your service.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes. Consultations are included with your appointment. Your artist will assess your lash health, discuss your goals, and recommend the best service for you.
What should I avoid after my lash appointment?
Avoid water, steam, sweat, and eye makeup for the first 24 hours. After that, daily cleansing and proper aftercare are key to maintaining your set.
Adhesive & Handling
How should I store adhesive?
Upright, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Replace every 4–6 weeks after opening.
What humidity/temperature works best?
Follow the specs on each product page. Use a hygrometer to monitor your studio.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the U.S. If you’re outside the U.S., contact us to discuss options (additional shipping costs apply).
When will my order ship?
Processing is typically 3-7 business days. You’ll receive tracking once shipped.
Returns
Do you offer refunds or exchanges on products or services?
All services are non-refundable. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are final sale. Unopened products may be eligible for exchange only, in accordance with our policy.
