Classic Lash Trays

We ship orders Monday through Thursday (excluding major holidays).

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

Transit time: Delivery speed depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and begins once your order has shipped (not the day you place the order).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Lux Lash Lounge is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Lux Lash Lounge is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Unopened products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify:

• Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Refunds are issued after the return is received and inspected
  

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit. Please keep your return tracking information.

If your order arrives damaged (product damage, not packaging wear), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Photos of the product and shipping box
• A clear photo of the shipping label
  

We’ll review and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit.

Please note: Minor box dents or packaging scuffs that do not affect the product are not considered damage eligible for refund or replacement.
